Production: Flow by gravity (without using pumps). Cold maceration (4 days at 5°C). Fermentation for 25 days in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is natural and completed in barrels
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels (50%) and in stainless steel tanks (50%)

In the Uco Valley, in the district of San José of Tupungato, on Route 86, famously known as the “Ruta del Vino” or “Wine Route”, appears the “Atamisque” estate.
