Vineyard information: 1,300 meters above sea level. Alluvial soil with a rock foundation and top layers of sand-textured earth.
Production: Flow by gravity (without using pumps). Cold maceration (6 days at 8°C). Fermentation for 25 days in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is natural and completed in barrels.
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels

Aroma: Delicate and intense, floral and spicy notes, red fruit marmalade, subtle notes of cocoa and chocolate
Mouth: Complex and voluptuous, excellent structure with smooth tannins, concentrated full-bodied
In the Uco Valley, in the district of San José of Tupungato, on Route 86, famously known as the “Ruta del Vino” or “Wine Route”, appears the “Atamisque” estate.
